Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using EdenFlow, including subscriptions, acceptable use, account expectations, and service limitations.
Who provides EdenFlow
EdenFlow is provided by Huntlease LLC, a Maryland company in the United States. In these Terms, "EdenFlow," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Huntlease LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EdenFlow. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Using EdenFlow
You may use EdenFlow for personal, lawful use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content or data, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, or use the app in ways that could harm other users or the platform.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining access to your device and sign-in methods. Bible-reading history, saved verses, notification settings, and related preferences are tied to your account experience. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Subscriptions and billing
EdenFlow offers paid weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription options. Paid access unlocks an ad-free experience and unlimited Theology Coach usage. Monthly subscriptions may include a 1-week free trial where offered. Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, and pricing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing management are governed by the platform through which you purchased your subscription.
Theology Coach and app content
EdenFlow may provide AI-assisted study tools and devotional content for informational and spiritual reflection purposes. This content is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental health, or pastoral counseling, and we do not guarantee that AI-generated output will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
Intellectual property
EdenFlow, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Huntlease LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Availability and changes
EdenFlow may update, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time. The app is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to EdenFlow if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal liability, or misused the service. You may also stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, EdenFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Huntlease LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of EdenFlow.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
